David Van Wormer, DDS

Dr. Van Wormer has been practicing dentistry for 27 years after graduating from IU Bloomington with his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and finishing his education at the IU School of Dentistry in 1996.
He is a member of the ADA, IDA, North Central DS, and the Chicago Dental Society, regularly seeking continuing education courses to ensure he can provide the best dental care to his patients.
Dr. Van Wormer married his high school sweetheart in 1994 and has three children. When he’s not working, Dr. Van Wormer enjoys walking, biking, helping his children fix their houses and occasionally follows a certain football team from Wisconsin.
